#1 – Frequency of working out is more important than how hard you work out.  You shouldn’t wear yourself out by going at it hard once or twice a week.  You should work out 5 or 6 times per week and not as hard.

#2 – Controlled drills are better than “Pick-up” games.  It’s better to do 500 quality shots in a controlled environment than 20 shots during a “Pick-up” game.
